DIVORCE

The two major reasons a person may have to go to Court is either they are charged with a crime or they are involved in a divorce/paternity suit action.  Attorney H. Kyle Fletcher has represented a multitude of people throughout Central Florida in their dissolution of marriage or paternity suit. Lawyers have influenced how the laws governing divorce are written, resulting, unfortunately, in complicated laws and mandates, which make it almost impossible for a quick and amicable resolution in a divorce. For affordable representation, and or a free consultation, contact Lawyer H. Kyle Fletcher to discuss your legal rights and entitlements.

DEPENDENCY

Few attorneys understand or have the practical experience in Dependency Law. For a quarter of a century, Attorney H. Kyle Fletcher has been working with Central Florida families to protect their legal rights from overzealous social workers working with the Department  of Children and Family Services (DCF) as well as protecting the rights of children who have been abused, neglected or are at risk. From 1996 to 2000, Attorney Fletcher served as a Senior Attorney for the Department of Juvenile Justice.  His work there helped to keep approximately 2,000 families out of the Dependency/Juvenile system. Recognizing many desperately needed some form of assistance to keep their families together, Mr. Fletcher was instrumental in implementing Florida’s Children In Need of Services and Families In Need of Services (CINS/FINS) programs. His knowledge of the Child Welfare System and the laws that govern the rights of families and children is unparalleled.  If you are a parent or guardian confronted with a DCF dependency investigation or charges, you are facing serious consequences–the greatest of which could be the termination of your parental rights. Like many other areas of law, Dependency Law is complicated and requires expert representation. Call the Fletcher Law Firm to schedule an appointment with Lawyer H. Kyle Fletcher. Your loved ones are too precious to not use one of Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties best in Dependency Law.

JUVENILE LAW

When a child is taken into custody by the police, most parents will stop at nothing to come to their aid. At the Fletcher Law Firm, we understand this and we realize how difficult it can be for your family. We know you will have concerns, regarding the arrest, the subsequent legal process and how it will affect your child’s future. Your child has Constitutional rights and a presumption of innocence, which needs to be zealously protected. However, sometimes being arrested as a juvenile can be a good thing, as it presents an opportunity for a parent(s) to get their child away from the wrong crowd and back on the right-track, by utilizing Juvenile sanctions and Judicial oversight as a form of discipline. No parent wants their child to move on to more serious crimes. Truancy is by far the number one indicator of a future life of crime.  Attorney H. Kyle Fletcher was once the Senior Attorney for the Department of Juvenile Justice for all of Central Florida. He has taken on more juvenile criminal cases than almost any other Florida lawyer. The juvenile process can abound in opportunities for your child to avoid significant and lasting consequences, which can affect their future education, employment and criminal record. Being able to take advantage of these opportunities requires a lawyer with proven experience and a deep understanding of Juvenile Law. At the Fletcher Law Firm in Oviedo and Altamonte Springs, we represent juvenile clients and their families throughout Orlando and Central Florida. Call us today, if your child has been arrested. Attorney Fletcher will be happy to discuss your case and assist your family with developing the best strategy to protect your child and their future.

AUTO ACCIDENTS

At the Fletcher Law Firm we realize no one gets in their car and expects to be involved in an automobile accident. Yet, according to the Florida DMV, more than 200,000 auto accidents occur in Florida annually. If you have been hurt in an auto accident or a loved one has died a wrongful death caused by negligence, you are entitled to receive financial compensation for the damages you suffered and incurred. Attorney H. Kyle Fletcher fights for the rights of individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Whether you have been injured in a motor vehicle collision on Central Florida roadways or anywhere else within the Nation, you may be entitled to recover damages for your medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. If you have been involved in an accident, don’t delay, call Attorney H. Kyle Fletcher at any one of his locations in Ovideo, Orlando or Altamonte Springs.

MALPRACTICE

When you or a loved one suffer an injury and/or loss resulting from negligent services of a professional representative, such as a doctor, lawyer, hospital, pharmacy, or veterinarian, you may be entitled to compensation. The Statute of limitations in all malpractice cases are very limited. This is one of the main reasons legitimate causes of actions are barred, precluded and forever lost; because individuals suffering tremendous pain and loss are hesitant to act in a timely manner. The time to seek legal council is immediately upon realization that you have suffered negligence by a professional. To delay, could absolutely preclude or bar any recovery whatsoever. Attorney, H. Kyle Fletcher has worked to recover compensation for Central Florida residents for the past fifteen years. If you or a loved one have suffered a loss from a professional representative, call The Fletcher Law Firm today.

DUI

Anytime a person is arrested for a DUI in the State of Florida, he or she must challenge two cases. The first is a court case, which directly affects your personal freedom, and the second case is the one made against you by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. If, in the course of your DUI arrest, you refused to submit to a breathalyzer, blood or urine test, or if any of these tests reveal a Blood Alcohol Level (BAL) over .08, you must request a special hearing within 10 days in order to keep your license. If you fail to meet this deadline, you will be sidelined with a minimum 6-month suspension of your Florida driver’s license. If you are younger than 21 and charged with a DUI, you are suspect to Florida’s Zero Tolerance Law, which means a BAL of .02 or higher is an automatic suspension of your license for 6 months. Remember this, one drink is equivalent to a BAL of .02 and this is why it is known as a Zero Tolerance Law.
